Viralprin.net does accept the following credit cards:
American Express
Discover
MasterCard
Visa
When using a Credit Card please ensure the following:
That the credit card is currently active, and has enough credit available to
make your purchase.
That the billing address, which is the address where you receive your bill, is
known and accurate. This includes ensuring that the name and address you enter
as the billing address is entirely correct. If for some reason, the name and
address you enter does not exactly match the name and address that the credit
card company has on file for the specific credit card account, the entire order
will be canceled.
Finally, any order that has an invalid/incorrect email address will not be
shipped. Please ensure that you enter a valid/current email address.
Please note that our company thoroughly checks for stolen, lost or fraudulently
used credit cards.
Domestic Orders:
Our company ships all orders from US States, domestic PO Box Addresses to either
your home/apartment or place of business in discreet packaging. We utilize USPS
Priority Mail which costs $4.95 per shipment. All orders being sent out using
USPS Priority should arrive approximately 3-7 business days later.
International Orders:
International Global Mail Priority shipping is available for all orders shipping
to International Countries. All International orders are sent via Global Mail
Priority and cost $23.99 per shipment. International orders being sent via
Global Mail should arrive in approximately 14-21 days depending on the country.
In some cases, customs may delay the delivery in certain countries which may
result in as long as 3-4 weeks for an item to be delivered.
**IMPORTANT** International orders, including from Canada are subject to all
Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees required by your country. These
additional fees are YOUR sole responsibility and must be paid in full upon
receipt of your shipment.
The specific rules for these custom’s fees vary by country. Your local
government determines the duty and customs charges. Please note that custom
procedures may delay your order.
Additionally, the Global Mail Priority shipping service is available for all
orders being shipped to Canada. Canadian orders will be sent via Global Mail
Priority and cost $13.99 per shipment. Canadian orders being sent via Global
Mail should arrive within approximately 14-21 days.
Unfortunately, Global Mail Priority does not offer package tracking data for
their shipments.
Return & Refund Policy
If you want to return any portion of your order, we require you to inform our
company via email within 30 days of the shipment date in order to receive
authorization and return instructions.
Please note that all unopened products may be returned for a refund. A
re-stocking fee of 25% will be applied to the order. The product or products
must be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging. All products must be
shipped back to Viralprin.net at the customers' expense. All returned
merchandise must be properly insured by the customer. Refunds will then be
issued upon receipt of the returned, unopened products. Shipping charges will
not be refunded. If any items that are not properly insured get damaged or lost
when returned, our company cannot grant a refund.
Under no circumstance can a product return be accepted after 30 days.
International orders which have been detained or confiscated by Customs are not
subject for a refund.
An RMA (Return Authorization) must be obtained from our company via email before
any product will be accepted back for return and refund. Upon receiving the
email request for the RMA, a company representative will clarify the eligibility
for the return and refund of the product as outlined under our return policy
agreement. The representative will also provide an RMA and return address back
to the user via email.
Any or all returned products without an RMA will not be refunded.
The seller reserves the legal right, at its sole discretion, to reject any
returned item that does not adhere to these requirements. Qualified refunds will
be issued within 5 days upon receipt of the returned items.
Single Bottle Purchase Example: If you purchase 1 bottle for the price of
$49.95, and returned one unused, or unopened, bottle you would receive a refund
(less the restocking fee of $12.49) for a net refund of $37.46.
Buy 2 get 1 free Example #1: If you purchase the Buy 2 get 1 Free Offer for the
price of $99.00, and returned three unused, or unopened, bottles you would
receive a refund (less the restocking fee of $24.75) for a net refund of $74.25.
Buy 2 get 1 free Example #2: If you purchase the Buy 2 get 1 Free Offer for the
price of $99.00, and returned two unused, or unopened, bottles you would receive
a refund {less the cost of the opened bottle $49.95 and restocking fee of
$12.49) for a net refund of $36.56. Partial return of merchandise constitutes
forfeit of the free product.
Damages:
If you receive any of our products that were damaged during the shipping
process, you must email our company within 24 hours after your initial receipt
of the shipment. Our company will then contact the specific shipping company for
a visual inspection of the merchandise as well as the box it was shipped in.
Please do not throw-away any portion of the shipment including the box it was
shipped in. The shipping company and or Viralprin.net may require the damaged
product or packaging materials. We will then issue you a full credit for the
amount of any verified damaged merchandise.
Viralprin.net is in no way legally responsible for any damages that occur after
your order has been delivered.
